Just like our "Intro to Shuffle Dancing" course, we keep things easy and simple so that you are able to learn at your own pace, as slowly or quickly as you like.
We are also sharing our playlists with you! When we first started shuffling, it was so hard for us to find the right music to practice to, these are the playlists that we've built up over time and continue to curate over time. These playlists include both slow - medium and fast tempos so that you have options for every part of your learning process. We also want to mention: we aren’t able to play “Ice Ice Baby” in the course because of licensing agreements. It’s one of the songs we stick on this playlist for you to jam out to when you learn the moves!

We are moms who started shuffling in a garage in 2020. Though we've been neighbors for years, the decision to learn how to shuffle together is what sparked the beginning of our friendship. Not only did we have a ton of fun shuffling and getting a great workout, we also experienced the therapeutic benefits of dance, grew in confidence, and gained a beautiful online community.
