LOW IMPACT SHUFFLE COURSE

Our Low Impact Shuffle course is for beginners who want a low impact way to enjoy the rhythm and movement of shuffle dancing. No jumping or hopping involved!

Don’t be fooled, though. Low impact shuffling compromises NONE of the vibes! This gentler form of shuffle dancing gives the illusion that you’re absolutely gliding across the floor. We can’t get enough of low impact shuffling!

In the Low Impact Shuffle course, you’ll learn a variety of beginner-friendly shuffle steps, combos, and dance-along burnouts. We break every single move and combo down very slowly. We also do every move from the back view the whole time, so you can easily follow along as if you're dancing side-by-side with us.

“One of the things I love about your courses is the burnouts. They really help me to focus and practice the moves for longer periods of time, and push the speed. I think this is something different about your courses that I haven’t found anywhere else yet!”

If anyone is on the fence, it’s 100% worth the cost; I spent so long looking for other low impact options and you really do break it down and piece it together FAR better than what little else I found. And you make it FUN!

"I bought the Low Impact course and LOVE learning the T-step and Charleston!!" Thank you for creating this. I can't wait to show off to my teenagers who think I have no moves LOL"
