In this course we teach you a few easy-to-learn shuffle moves. We’ll use those moves to shuffle dance our way into an incredible cardio workout.
There’s something for every fitness level: we dance to slow, medium and fast songs right alongside you. As your endurance grows, you can increase your speed.
We call these workouts “Burnouts” because even if you’re dancing to the slowest songs we offer, those calories don’t stand a chance.
And for the overachievers who nail all the speeds, we threw in two “Super Burners”.
